The standout however (in my eyes), came from Mr. Gilbere Forte with his mixtape, Pray. The mixtape is an absolute masterpiece and deserves a listen stat. My favorite joints from the project are "Nolita" "The Awakening" and "Double Cupped". Give it a listen and let us know what you think.

In anticipation of the album Mr. West took to Saturday Night Live last night to perform his new song "Black Skinhead". It's a very unique song with primal screaming and what seems to be an angry Kanye. Definitely one that I'll have to watch a few times to fully digest it.

She recently told BBC Radio 1 (she lives in the UK now) that she's currently working on the follow-up to her Born To Die album. She says that she has “moved on to a more spiritual place lyrically.” She adds that her new record will sound stripped down, but still cinematic and dark.

No word on whether or not "Queen of Disaster" will live on the new album. Regardless, enjoy the free stream above!
